I am very happy with my choice of Briargrove Smiles Dentistry. From the first call when I hit a snag scheduling my appointment (sorry I forgot his name) to Emily who not only checked me in but super fast at verying what my insurance ( through Kelsey Care-united Healthcare) covered to making my appointments for the procedure as well as follow-up scheduling. So fast and easy to work with Guadalupe and Dr. Lising, were my first encounter dealing with what I knew to be a serious issue. Guadalupe was very friendly andgood with providing the x-rays and worked well with Dr. Lising, in discussing what was needed. Dr. Lising, DDS was very straightforward In what was occurring with my tooth and I trusted her knowledge. They were able to schedule me the very next day With, the Endodontist Dr Kaldoun Katma, DDS, MDS and his assistant Kimberly. They were excellent. I trust their knowledge and experience and Dr. Katmas background is truly impressive. So far so good as i’ve started fown the road of having an implant which takes time. This is a good start as I have other things I need to see Dr. Lising for as well as my bi-annual tooth cleaning. The most important part for me was the trust in their skills and their ability to listen This great reduced my stress eith the added convenience of having everything needed in one location, even the 3-D x-ray which I need it.. Everyone was so helpful.

Everyone there is very Pleasant and Helpful. Emily helped Me set up My Chart. I am a Senior and She made it real easy for Me. Everything was Explained to My Understanding. My First Time As a Patient and it will be My New Dentist Office. Very Satisfied.
