Great first-time visit here for an annual check-up. It was top-notch from start to finish. I felt comfortable and relaxed from start until I left. Emily was so helpful at check-in, as I had a list of questions. She answered all of them. X-rays were done in a friendly manner. Dr. Barbour then came to explain the state of my dental health, and also explained a dental treatment plan. She was very clear and helpful throughout the process. I will definitely see her again in the future. Kerry, the business manager, then gave me the financial part of the treatment plan, which involves insurance. He put me at ease about costs and insurance because I know how confusing that can be. The hygienist then cleaned my teeth, and I left very happy about my shiny teeth and this experience at Briargrove Smiles Dentistry.
