I have severe dental anxiety and it is debilitating to the point of me having avoided dealing with a broken tooth for over a decade. From the moment I walked in, everyone at Briargrove Smiles Dentistry was welcoming and kind. I felt like my fears were not only understood and accepted, but they made me feel validated and heard. I felt like all the process was explained to me, I was given a number of options depending on my comfort level, financial situation, and ability to handle what I needed done. Prior to the procedure, what to expect was explained and my questions answered, and during the procedure my dental assistant (I completely forgot her name because I was so anxious at first) and Dr. Barbour frequently checked in on my comfort as well as gave me updates on where we were during the process. I felt safe and heard and comfortable the entire time, and I will absolutely be coming back for any future needs for myself and my family. I cannot stress enough how amazing everyone here is. Between the amazing staff, the comfort and care they ensure you receive, and the financial options for almost any situation, I highly recommend Briargrove Smiles Dentistry!

I must admit, I’ve been wary of dental offices after my last one. However, Briargrove Smiles Dentistry seems to be the answer to my prayers!
I really appreciate Ruth, the dental assistant, who always has a positive and kind attitude every visit. I’ve never had someone tap my shoulder while I got anesthetic injections. Now that I have, I can never go back. Her presence is very comforting and eases my crippling anxiety when it comes to dentist visits.
Dr. Judy Trinh has been unbelievably patient and sweet from the moment I met her. I truly appreciate how thorough she is and feel that she goes the extra mile for her patients. I no longer fear going to the dentist because of her.
Also, Emily the receptionist is great! She makes checking in for my appointments easy and there have been no mishaps when it comes to booking my appointments.
